Specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedules, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and other client terms will be established in a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, or other agreement between Halo Studio and the client.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Where an engagement is described as "starting at" a particular price, the final fee may vary based on factors including company stage, product complexity, scope, timeline, team size, and level of support required.
A price is not final or binding until agreed upon in writing.

Booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Halo Studio will provide services.
Discovery calls are intended to understand your company, product, goals, challenges, and potential fit.
Halo Studio may decline an engagement when we determine that the project, timeline, scope, or working relationship is not a suitable fit.

Halo Studio provides professional design and product consulting services based on the information, goals, and circumstances available during an engagement.
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, product, revenue, conversion, fundraising, user growth, or other results.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or statements about past outcomes are illustrative and do not guarantee that another client will achieve the same results.
